Virtual Creation Tour of Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone

Creation tour of Yellowstone National Park

Massive volcanic eruptions resulted in today's amazing features at Yellowstone National Park. For many years, Dave and Mary Jo Nutting of Alpha Omega Institute have been leading Creation tours of this fabulous place which is unlike any other national park. Dave's beautifully illustrated PowerPoint presentation gives you a chance to virtually tour many of the geyser and hot spring sites as well as the wildlife that inhabit that region. You will see many evidences for design in those animals and also see how God has made beauty out of destruction, understand the timeframe that formed Yellowstone including the Flood, volcanics, tectonics, glaciation, formation of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone -- all the way up to present.

Location Change: Nazareth Great Room University of Northwestern St. Paul, 3003 North Snelling, Roseville Minnesota

Mt. St. Helens Eruption:
20th Century #1 Geological Event and #3 Biblical Event
Mt. St. Helens eruptions from 1980-1982 were very small when compared to those which made the Yellowstone area; however, this eruption happened when it could be documented and studied. It produced a small, new landscape on earth.

When people see sedimentary layers they often think it takes long ages for this to happen. Think again! From 40 years of study of the Mt. St. Helens eruption event and surrounding area, geologists, biologists, and many other professionals have new understandings of volcanoes, water action, sedimentary layering, regrowth, repopulation of a new landscape, and much more. We will look at some of this and how it gives us new insight into the one time catastrophic world wide flood.
